You can start this quest by talking to Sven in Bersund:

Sven: Hey, Player Name!

Sven: Indeed, I do have a mission for you. Recently, I have lost thirty screws and a big piece of forged iron. According to Lasse, these unpleasant goblins were in town at night again, so I guess it must be them who stole fromme. Please, find my goods, I really need them urgently, Lasse is waiting for my work already.

Go through the undergorund tunnels, check your map for the stairs until you reach a chest containing Sven's goods:
After retrieving his goods 30 x 
screws and a big piece of forged iron, return to Sven to deliver them.
