Boat to Bersund and locate Torsten. He is north-west of the town in the outskirts.

Make sure you have the 24 orc head and 24 piece of orc skin in your possession.
Say the following to Torsten;

Player: Hi

Player: Quest

Torsten will ask you for 24 orc heads.

Player: Hi

Player: Quest

Torsten will ask for the 24 piece of orc skin

Player: Hi

Player: Quest

Torsten will be extremely impressed!
