The Town Drunk in Ellaria's poor quarters has a craving for the best beer known to man and needs your help to acquire it.

To begin this quest, you must be at least level 10 and be drunk. You can get drunk by drinking beer. Find the Town Drunk, who wanders the streets of the poor quarters south of Ellaria's market.
