Lady Madness is a raid boss that only appears during the Lady Madness Raid. She spawns at the top of the tower in Lyedel.
Lady Madness has very high health regeneration and may require a group or a single high-level player 300+ to defeat.

Lady Madness herself does not drop any loot. The first four players to click her corpse are teleported to the Raid Island. There, players can choose between three different routes: easy. medium, and hard.
- Players can not change their route selection after choosing.
Each route consists of a tunnel filled with monsters leading to two to four gravestones at the end. Clicking a gravestone grants a random reward and teleports the player out of the raid.
