Ater completing In Service of the City questline, King Terryn tells you about Aramadaes, a dwarf who can forge more of the Noble Zezenian set. You can find him on the road between Culthan Ruins and Caerfa:
Aramadaes will ask for 50 x 
Diamond, 
Bronze ore and 
Silver ore in order to forge you the following items:
Noble Zezenian helmet: 50 x Bronze ore and 100 x Silver ore
Noble Zezenian boots: 75 x Bronze ore and 150 x Silver ore
Noble Zezenian armor: 100 x Bronze ore and 200 x Silver ore
Noble Zezenian shield: 100 x Bronze ore and 200 x Silver ore
Noble Zezenian quiver: 100 x Bronze ore and 200 x Silver ore
Noble Zezenian spell book: 100 x Bronze ore and 200 x Silver ore
