You can start this quest by talking to Dorothy Southeast of Eidos Depot:

Player: hi
Dorothy: Hello, be greeted, Player name! Could you help me?
Player: help
Dorothy: I need some simple items for my jewellery production. Are you willing to help me collect them?
Player: help
Dorothy: Great, great! I need 25 pieces of forged bronze. It is really hard to forge properly, but goblins, bandits, orknies and dark monks are known to be capable of it.

As Dorothy herself said, you can drop piece of forged bronze by killing goblins , bandits , orknies and Dark Monks . All theses monsters are located around Eidos. Check their individual pages if you need help locating the spawns.
After finding the 25 x piece of forged bronze, bring them back to Dorothy to receive your reward.

Player: forged bronze
Dorothy: Wonderful, wonderful, Player name! Here, take these are as a reward.

She then handles you 10 x mana ampoule and 10 x health vial and the quest is completed. Congratulations!
